VW Points is a loyalty programme created by Vincent Watch to reward and thank our regular customers. The program allows you to earn points on every completed purchase. These points are then converted to cashback i.e. money off your next purchase.

 

• When will the VW Points expire?

It will not expire unless you delete the account from Vincent Watch Portal.

 

• When will the VW Points be credited?

You will receive your points upon completion of your order.

 

• Can VW Points be converted into cash?

No, they can’t. They can only be used as cashback on your next purchase on Vincent Watch E-boutique.

 

• Can I earn VW Points at Vincent Watch Physical Shops?

Yes, you may. Do approach our retail colleagues for more information.
