Do you know how to differentiate authorised and parallel imports for seiko watches?
Warranty card with the prefix of “521” in the warranty card denotes Seiko Authorised Dealer (Thong Sia). Do note, Other prefixes are considered self-import, grey market and parallel import.
And to add on, only the authorised retailer like us will be able to provide 3 years worldwide warranty for all Seiko watches.
So don't be fooled by the few percentage discount from the parallel import dealers that can only provide 1 year local seller warranty. Cause it really doesn't worth the dollars and cents when you will have to send the watch back for any warranty claim.
