- Any delivery or collection dates or timings provided by Vincent Watch are estimates only. Vincent Watch shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense for any failure to meet any given delivery or collection date or timing, howsoever caused.
- Free standard delivery within Singapore (excluding restricted areas such as military camps and Jurong Island).
- For delivery outside Singapore, we offer DHL Express.
As we deliver, all relevant import duties, customs and sales taxes levied by the destination country shall be borne by the recipient. You shall pay all relevant duties and taxes to ensure that the parcel is released by the customs upon arrival at the destination country. You will be notified by DHL Express on the duties and taxes payable and you shall pay DHL Express directly during collection of the parcel.
- Please arrange for a person who is 18 years of age or older to accept the delivery and to sign off on the delivery invoice. Vincent Watch and/or its agents reserve the right to require appropriate identification to be presented, before it leaves the delivery with the person at your delivery address. If no person(s) of 18 years of age or older is present during such delivery, Vincent Watch reserves the right to deliver the Order at another time and to charge you an additional re-delivery fee of SGD50.
- We do not deliver to multiple addresses for one order and are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding addresses. To comply with customs clearing regulations, we will deliver your Order to a designated personal address.
- We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver any product you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to the product delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disaster.
- Title and risk to the products shall be passed to you upon delivery.
- Please inspect the product(s) upon delivery. If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s), please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours upon receiving the item kindly refer to our Refund policy.

Vincent Watch accepts returns (“Eligible Returns”) where:-
1.1 the product delivered is damaged or defective upon delivery; or
1.2 the product delivered is not the product ordered.
2. All items returned must:-
2.1 Within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt; and
2.2 within 21 calendar days of delivery, be collected by Ninja Van in Singapore or DHL Express internationally, who are our exclusive couriers, to allow easy identification and prompt processing. We offer free return shipping on your Eligible Returns when you return your package via our exclusive couriers. Our exclusive couriers will process your return on a Duty Delivery Paid (DDP) basis, meaning that you do not have to pay any import fees to return your package to our warehouse.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any returns of online purchases via our boutiques.
3. To request a return simply visit the “Contact” section of the website, state "Return: Order #xxxx". Our customer service representative will contact you via email within 3 business days for further clarification.
5. Vincent Watch reserves the right to reject/refuse any returns if:
5.1 the product is damaged due to improper use or handling by recipient;
5.2 the product is damaged or defective within seven calendar (7) days of delivery.;
5.3 damage of the product is due to subjecting it to unusual or unadvisable physical, environmental or electrical stress; or
5.4 product has been modified without Vincent Watch’s authorisation.
6. Vincent Watch reserves the right to return ineligible returns to you at your own cost.
7. Do note that Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes and during flash sales) are not eligible for further exchanges/returns.
8. Store credits will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which can be used (partially or in full) to offset online purchases only. We do not process cash refunds for returns.
